Cephaline is as a restoring and regenerating agent. It comes as aqueous solution of a cephalin-containing lipid fraction isolated and purified from wheat germ specifically for cosmetic application. Composition: 1,2-octanediol, cephalins, ethylene glycol monophenyl ether, hexylene glycol, imidazolium compounds, water. It helps to restore and maintain the natural barrier function of the upper most layer of the skin. Cephalin helps regenerate the skin and make it look visibly younger and rejuvenated.
Use
Add to water phase of emulsions. Typical use level Use level: 0.1 – 2.0%. For external use only.
