Description
Purified fraction obtained from roots of the Baikal skullcap plant (Scutellaria baicalensis Georgi) standardized in baicalin. In-vitro studies have shown that baicalin can delay cellular senescence and rejuvenate skin cells in that they show characteristics the cells had when they were younger. Baicalin promotes skin elasticity and firmness making the skin look smoother, fresher, and younger.
Use
Add to water phase of emulsions. Typical use level: 1 – 5%. For external use only.
