Product Description:

Vitamin B2, E101, CAS no.83-88-5, Chemical Formula C17H20N4O6, also know as Riboflavin. It is a Yellow or orange-yellow, crystalline powder. Slightly soluble in water, practically insoluble in alcohol.  Solutions deteriorate on exposure to light, especially in the presence of alkali. Vitamin B2 Riboflavin can be used as supplement in fortify foods, typical products include cereals, sauces, vitamin supplements, soups.
